Centre for Legal Aid
The Legal Aid Centre of Geeta Institute of law is in action since September, 2011. The inauguration of the centre was done by Justice S.K. Mittal of Panjab & Haryana High court. The main objective of legal aid centre is to give students a new perspective to understand actual realities of law. This centre works to impart practical exposure of law exclusively for law students of Geeta Institute of Law. The Centre gives its para-legal volunteers the lifetime opportunities to witness and implement the law before making actual debut in the professional legal world.
The Legal aid centre is closely working with the District Legal Service Authority, Panipat (famously known as DLSA) for the overall betterment of the society. We as a Centre believe in the principle of facilitating free legal advice to support our cause of social responsibility.
Legal aid centre is the most accomplished centre among all the other centres of Geeta Institute of Law. Legal Aid Centre is proud to announce that we have more than 100 active, hard working and happy para-legal volunteers working under the guidance of Dr. Dharminder Patial and faculty co-ordinators.
