These clubs engages students in academic and social activities to enhance the educational experience at the college. A major undertaking of clubs is the sponsorship of a speakers’ program through which lawyers, judges, and legal scholars address students and faculty. It also coordinates the activities of the other student organizations. Geeta Institute of Law aims to open new vistas in the arena of law, legal studies, theoretical and clinical legal research through relentless engagement in developing legal theory and practice, academic potential, critical analytical ability, synergizing law, advocacy, counselling and mediation skills so as to fully equip the students with learning which is intellectually stimulating, socially vital and professionally enriching.
Geeta Institute of Law adopts a multidisciplinary approach towards law and legal studies and will develop a positive attitude in students to make them realize that the lawyers are an integral part of the system of adjudication, determination of policies and setting up of standards for regulation of various activities through relevant institutions. We train our students for placements in judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, regulatory authorities, commissions, voluntary organizations and other sectors.
